The Teachers
Stefan Engström is the owner and resident teacher
of the Midnight Sun Ashtanga Yoga Retreat. He has been practising
this form of Yoga since 1990 and have been training with several
teachers in Europe and Australia. Since 1993 he has made many visits
to India and spend extended periods of time, learning with Pattabhi
Jois, Sharat and other prominent teachers of this form of yoga.
1994 he founded the Midnight Sun Ashtanga Yoga Retreat on the Island
of Kadermo where he was borned and have since then given retreats
and workshops on a yearly basis at the Retreat. He has also thought
workshops in different places in Finland , Chile and Denmark.
He has given retreats in Egypt and Chile.
From time to time we also invite a guest teachers.
We are multi-lingual teachers offering you tuition in most European
languages. (Swedish, Finnish, English, Spanish, German).
