A two or three days weekend workshop with Stefan Engström.
You can choose to leave on Sunday or Monday at 3 pm.

Arrival on Friday at 6 pm. and departure on Sunday or Monday at 3 pm.
The Fee for 2 days is 220 Euros and for 3 days 300 Euros.


June Midsummer Yoga & Tango or Salsa Workshop 2013
June 21st - 23rd, 2013
The fee for the yoga workshop, lodging and food is 220 Euros.
Yoga program: Asanas
All levels are welcome.

This weekend you can also try tango or salsa as an optional program. The extra fee for the
dance workshop is 90 Euros. More info regarding the optional dance program later.

Travel instructions for the Midsummer workshop
Arrival on Friday at Hanko railway station at 2p.m. Departure from the island is on Sunday at 3p.m.. You would be back in Helsinki at approx 6p.m. If you are travelling from abroad we recommend you to choose a flight that arrives at Helsinki on a Friday not later than 10a.m.. There is a train connection from Helsinki to Hanko at 12a.m. The airport bus connection takes about 1/2 hour to the main railway station of Helsinki. The train journey to Hanko takes approx. 2 hours and the fee is 25 Euros. We will then meet you at Hanko Railway Station at 2p.m. on Friday.

September 20th - 22nd or 23rd, 2013

What to bring for all weekend workshops
Bring sheets or a sleeping bag. In case you would forget or prefer to travel light you can hire sheets for
20 Euro. If you don't have a yoga mat you can use one of the yoga mats provided.
Water bottle as it is recommendable to drink a lot of water during your stay. Warm clothes and a flash light.
If you have a sweet tooth we suggest you to bring some pocket money to enjoy all the cakes and different coffees in the Café.

Terms, conditions and payment for all weekend workshops
Make sure you have valid travel insurance as insurance is not included in the price.
If you miss the arranged pick-up or departure be prepared to pay for a boat taxi approx: 50 Euro.
Only arranged transfers are included in price.
The fee is to be paid in cash at arrival.
Cancellation fees will be incurred as follows:
100 % loss of payment if student decides not complete the workshop.
